DescriptionRandstad is currently looking for an Accounting Clerk to work in the Wilkinson area. This will be a Temporary to Permanent position! If you do not meet the requirements listed below, please do not apply, as only those candidates that do meet the requirements will be considered! Candidate MUST have at least two () years of previous Accounting or Bookkeeping experience. Duties will include but not be limited to:
- accounts payable and accounts receivable
- processing invoices
- payroll
- balancing banking accounts
- data entry
- scanning documents
- answering phones
- other duties as needed
Working hours: 8 to 5 Monday through Friday BUT MAY VARY
The ideal candidate:
- MUST have a Bookkeeping or Accounting background!!
- MUST be proficient in data entry!
- MUST be proficient in dealing with Payroll
- MUST have excellent verbal and writing skills!
- MUST have good Customer Service skills!
- MUST have the ability to be self-directed!
- Must be a quick learner
- MUST have a High School Diploma or GED
- MUST be able to provide 2 Professional work references

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
